Damages & Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything’s damaged, defective, or not what you expected — use our contact page immediately so we can fix it. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Personal care items (fragrances, beauty, etc.)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids)

Exchanges
Need another size or color?
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order ships within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return — no reason needed. Items must be:
- Unworn / unused
- With original tags & packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been over 15 business days since approval and no refund has shown up, please reach out through our contact form.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when returning items for reasons other than defects, damages, or incorrect orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately via our contact page, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
